Details:  Self Defence, Fun, Friendly and Safe. MMA-4 Kids is a company set up to help as many children we can by teaching them the benefits of Mixed Martial Arts.  We teach them lots of self-defence techniques in a very controlled way, footwork, head movement and much more.  We also teach them conditioning how to train and keep healthy and active… Bullying is a huge problem amongst children and our aim is to build confidence and promote anti-bullying.  Our club teaches children respect and to stay away from trouble, we give them an outlet that they can enjoy, improve and learn.
