Reflexology: 60 minutes incl. foot massage £28.00
I now include a new form of reflexology called VRT.
(Vertical Reflex Therapy)
This treats the top of the feet while in a standing position and takes 5 – 10 minutes. VRT enhances a standard treatment.
Mapped out on your feet are reflex points, which correspond to every organ and part of your body. When you become ill or stressed these points become more sensitive and sore. By applying gentle pressure to specific points in the feet toxins can be released, bringing the body back into balance. Ideal to treat Back pain & Sciatica, Migraine, Infertility, Sleep disorders, Eczema, High blood pressure, Hormone imbalances, Digestive disorders, Asthma, Arthritis, Stress related conditions, PMT & Menopausal symptoms.
Ear Candling is a relaxing therapy, which is completed with a facial acupressure massage. A lit cone made of 100% raw cotton is placed in the ear, the heat and vibration of the flame induce a gentle massage over the ear-drum and loosens impurities in the ear, which are absorbed by the candle. Soothes earaches, headaches, ear noise, sinusitis and itchy ears. It can help in relieving symptoms of ear pressure (when flying or swimming), excessive wax, catarrh & sore throats. The candles I use contain propolis which is a natural substance made by bees, which can act as a natural anti-biotic and exhibits an anti-inflammatory and anaesthetic action
Indian Head Massage: 45 mins £25.00
Indian head massage is the massage of the shoulders, upper arms, neck and scalp. Beneficial for Muscular tension, Shoulder stiffness, Mental and Physical fatigue, Stress and known to alleviate Eye strain and mild headaches.
Reiki: 45 mins £25.00
Reiki puts your body in the best possible position to heal itself, physically, mentally and emotionally. It is a simple, safe, yet powerful process which has no side effects. The client remains fully clothed in a sitting or lying position. Reiki is channelled into the body by placing hands on or just above the client
Hot Stone Massage: 45 mins full body £28.00
Only for Ladies
This is a deeply relaxing massage, which takes around 90 minutes
combining hot stones & massage.
It has all the benefits of a body massage.
Using the hot stones can penetrate muscle fibres to a deeper level
than using hands alone, enhancing the effects of a massage
Full Body: 60 mins £30.00
Back, Neck & Shoulders: 45 mins £25.00
Face & Neck: 45 mins £25.00
Why not try my gentle body massage?
A slow rhythmical massage to help tone & relax muscles,
improve blood circulation, lymphatic drainage, aches & stiffness.
Massage can also bring a feeling of wellbeing which can stimulate the immune system & help to strengthen our resistance to disease.
An opportunity to unwind & let go of the stresses of the day.

About 18 months ago I was suffering a frozen shoulder and a painful knee joint when climbing the stairs. When I was at yoga class I was handed a leaflet on reflexology and thought it was worth a try. After the first treatment all pain had gone from my knee and after two more treatments my frozen shoulder was very much better. I now have a regular treatment once a month, having started a course of treatments and have found great relief from odd aches and pains. It is to be highly recommended.Sheila
Reflexology has made a difference to me in only a short space of time. I’m now able to go downstairs normally first thing in the morning. I’ve not had a migraine since my sessions started. I feel able to do more and my energy levels last longer. I will continue to have reflexology as it works for me, I don’t know how, but it does.Lynne
With an open mind and a desperate need for help, it was definitely worth a go. I was a frequent sufferer of a severe migraine and I hoped reflexology would help me cope but, what I found was reflexology, for me, was preventative of a migraine. A course of treatments and then once a month was all I needed for a much easier life.Pauline
I have just returned from my fourth appointment with Beverley Hanrahan, the reflexologist recommended on the Round About Harlow website, and wanted to let people know just how it has helped me. Beverley is a lovely person who makes you feel very welcome. After some initial questions generally about health and any concerns you may be going for, you are then in for a treat to your feet! After the feet have been soaked Beverley then does the treatment which is caterpillar type movements over the feet. Each part of the foot relates to another section within the body, toxins are released and this can aid and help the areas that may require it. It takes about an hour, and is very relaxing, calm and pure bliss. I personally feel that it has helped me with the problems that I went with. I didn’t know anything about reflexology before going to Beverley but now would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for extra alternative help with their particular situation.Karen L
