Guarantee of inclusion cannot be given and Round About Harlow shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by any inaccuracy in the reproduction of an advertisement. (All due care will be taken).
In the event of Round About Harlow being unable to deliver the agreed amount of advertising within the agreed period due to technical problems beyond its control, the length of the advertising package will be extended.
Advertisements of an adult nature will not be carried. The definition of “adult” is at the discretion of Round About Harlow.
