Circuit-Training-Harlow Circuit training is high-intensity exercises that you do in sequence with short rest periods between them for either a set number of repetitions or a prescribed amount of time.  It combines resistance training with a cardio workout. It’s a great choice of exercise if you get easily bored, are short on time or don’t like to train alone.  All over body toning, and great cardio workout.
