The reason people usually read restaurant reviews is to decide which restaurants to go to and whether a specific restaurant would be suitable for their particular needs i.e. a fun night out with friends or a romantic dinner for two. By describing the ‘flavour’ of the restaurant, a reviewer will be letting readers know whether it is the type of place they wish to visit and what to expect when they get there. (more…)
