Our Head Over Heels Gymnastics will help your child with all the fundamental development skills such as Co-ordination, Space Awareness, Balance, Core Stability, Flexibility and many more.  All of our classes are accompanied by qualified gymnastics instructors which are there to make sure each session is Fun, Constructive and most of all safe for your little ones to take a full and active part in the session.

We offer two types of classes…

Parent & Toddler Classes This class is a brilliant opportunity for some quality one to one time with your child.  They will have their very first introduction into the world of gymnastics; we have lots of different obstacles and apparatus set up around the gym.  Parent/Adults will accompany their child on anything they wish to go on whilst we have qualified coaches to help on more specific apparatus and to assist where needed.  All of our parent and toddler classes start with a 10/15 minute warm-up which consists of various children’s songs but all done with movement and learning different body shapes and co-ordination skills.

Our Structured Classes Our structured classes are the next step up to learning harder and more specific skills in gymnastics.  This class is also done without the company of their adult and the class is solely constructed by qualified coaches.  Adults must stay on the premises for this class but only from a spectators view.  Although this is still aimed for children under 5 the classes come with much more structure and focus on not only learning the skills but perfecting them which is what gymnastics is so famous for.  This class is most suitable for children that have been attending the parent and toddler classes for some time, however, this is not always the case.  These classes are under the control of the coaches and they will advise you if this type of class is suitable for your child.
