During exam periods in secondary schools, colleges and universities, there is a shortage for exam invigilators as the teachers and lecturers still have other work to attend to. Contact local institutions and temp agencies and you can earn a fair bit of cash for a couple of hours work. You can expect to earn from about £6.50 to £8 an hour.
