Just to let you know the Guy went to my Mother-in-laws this morning, he
took another guy with him, They took the machine apart and it was just a
blockage, he charged her £40, She is really pleased, The first guy we contacted said

was a valve and it would cost £90 to which she said it was a bit much
he said he would do it out of the company for £70 and she gave him £40
up front, Me and my husband made her ring him and get it back which he
did do but called her unstable and a waste of time! Appliance care then
said it would cost £150 but they hadn't looked at her machine!
